These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EventHaven, a platform operated by HavenLabs LLC ("EventHaven," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you agree to these Terms.
EventHaven provides software tools that allow event organizers ("Organizers") to create events, manage registrations, communicate with attendees, and collect ticket payments. Individuals who register for events through EventHaven are referred to as "Attendees."
EventHaven is a software platform, not an event organizer or promoter. We are not a party to any transaction between Organizers and Attendees beyond facilitating payment processing and registration management.
You must create an account to use EventHaven as an Organizer. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or its users.

You may not use EventHaven to run events that are fraudulent, illegal, or that violate the rights of others.
Ticket payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By using paid event features, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. EventHaven is not a bank and does not hold funds on your behalf.
When fees are passed to Attendees, EventHaven charges a platform service fee of 3% of the ticket price, plus a payment processing fee (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, charged by Stripe). The exact fee breakdown is shown to Attendees at checkout before payment is completed.
Ticket revenue flows directly to the Organizer's connected Stripe account. EventHaven collects only its platform service fee as an application fee on each transaction.
We reserve the right to update our fee structure with reasonable notice.
Organizers set their own refund policies. EventHaven provides tooling for Organizers to issue refunds through the platform. When a refund is issued, the ticket amount is returned to the original payment method from the Organizer's Stripe account. EventHaven's platform service fee is non-refundable.
If an Organizer fails to deliver a paid event and does not issue refunds, Attendees may seek recourse through their card issuer's dispute process. EventHaven is not liable for an Organizer's failure to deliver an event or issue refunds.
When Attendees register for events, their registration information (name, email, and any custom form responses) is provided to the Organizer of that event. Organizers may use this data to communicate with Attendees about the event and, subject to their own privacy practices, for other lawful purposes. Attendees can unsubscribe from Organizer communications at any time via the unsubscribe link included in all emails.

EventHaven and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by HavenLabs LLC. You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the platform (event descriptions, images, etc.), but grant us a license to display and transmit that content as necessary to operate the service.
EventHaven is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the conduct of Organizers or Attendees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HavenLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue or profits, arising from your use of EventHaven, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the total fees paid by you to EventHaven in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Utah County, Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify Organizers of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of EventHaven after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
